Maharashtra college students move Bombay HC for unified exam pattern

College and university students in Maharashtra have filed a lawsuit in the Bombay High Court in a bid to achieve uniformity in the pattern and type of exam and timely reporting of results, according to a Live Law report.
The petitioners allegedly claimed that the meeting between the State Higher Education Minister Uday Samant and the vice-chancellors of all universities on 25 will take place in offline mode.
Despite the decision, different universities are conducting exams in different patterns.In addition, the petitioners alleged that despite orders to provide question banks and an additional 15 minutes for students to take offline exams, several students had not received them.
They also complained that the universities are not sticking to the fixed schedule for taking the exams from June 1 to 15 and thereafter. your own schedule.
Recently, Samant said the upcoming exams of the state's non-agricultural universities will be held offline, as decided by the vice chancellors of those institutions.
Minister answered an inquiry about some students who need exams via online mode.
